DEROGATIONS

Any derogation from the contractual visibility obligations is granted on a case-by-case basis and must be agreed in writing based on justified safety concerns. The scope of the derogation must be specified in each case, as derogation from field visibility not automatically implies exemption from other types of standard visibility. In most cases, there will be possibilities to comply with the visibility requirements even if display of the EU emblem on the project site is not possible for security reasons.

Requests for derogations should be introduced in the Single Form under section 11.
