We are happy to share with you the recording, the presentation and the list of participants. As mentioned at the session, please note that the deadline for the submission of proposals will be changed from 29 August to 12 September. The chapter 5.2 Above Standard Visibility of the Visibility Manual has been updated. From now all the proposed communication plan must be first discussed with the Regional Information Officer of ECHO (RIO) covering the region and finally evaluated by ECHO's Communication Unit (ECHO.D2).
