DG ECHO would like to thank all partners who joined the online information session on the 2019 ERC HIP dedicated to education in emergencies on 22 August. We are happy to share with you the recording, the presentation and the list of participants. The chapter 5.2 Above Standard Visibility of the Visibility Manual has been updated. From now all the proposed communication plan must be first discussed with the Regional Information Officer of ECHO (RIO) covering the region and finally evaluated by ECHO's Communication Unit (ECHO.D2).
